African Legacy • Trophy Concierge
One coordinated journey from the field to your home.
Trophy Concierge helps international hunting guests keep track of the many moving parts that follow the hunt by coordinating suitable specialist providers and maintaining a clearer point of communication.
Post-hunt coordination without pretending one company does everything.
Trophy preparation, taxidermy, veterinary requirements, export documentation, crating and international freight involve different specialist providers and regulated responsibilities. Trophy Concierge acts as a coordination layer while those specialists remain accountable for their own professional and legal functions.
From field preparation to taxidermy.
The process can include trophy identification, initial preparation, taxidermy selection, mount preference, progress communication and photography, depending on the client's requirements and the services provided by the appointed specialists.
Documentation, crating and international shipping.
Where relevant, the coordination journey can extend to veterinary and export documentation, compliant crating, freight arrangements and communication around the destination-side process. Timelines and requirements vary by species, destination and specialist provider.
Clearer communication for international clients.
The value of the concierge layer is visibility. Clients have a coordinated point of contact helping connect the stages rather than being left to manage unrelated suppliers with no view of the whole process.
